Congratulations to our varsity boys volleyball team last night. With the loud support of the varsity girls volleyball team and the hockey team they defeated the number three ranked team in the Province, St.Paul’s, three sets to one. Way to go boys.
There is a very important Yearbook meeting at 12:10 today in room 309. Please get your lunch and be on time, the Friesens rep will be here to demonstrate the yearbook software. See Mr. Kutcy ASAP if you cannot attend!
Do you write short stories or poetry? Are you interested in entering essay writing competitions? If so, speak to Mr. Marquart in room 203. You could have your work published, win prize money, or even win a 5 month scholarship to study in Japan.

Attention Grade 12 students - the University of Winnipeg will be here today at 9:40 in the theatre for a presentation about post-secondary education. Please report to your period 2 teacher first for attendance. Red River will be here Monday October 6 period 5 and the U of M will be here next Thursday October 9 period 1. There will also be an evening for parents on October 9 at 7 pm.
Please note that all students registered in PE 30 and PE40 out of school must attend a registration session on the morning of Monday October 6th.
