Boys indoor soccer- after a hard fought exciting, semi final game, the boys were defeated by DMCI with a final score of 4-3 with the winning goal scored in the final 39 seconds.
Goal scorers were Abdissa B. and Stephen B. Also excellent big saves by goaltender, Andrew J. The team will finish in 3rd place behind DMCI and Gordon Bell.
Well done boys! And congratulations on a most improved indoor season.
Our varsity Boys basketball team plays their provincial semifinal Friday at 6 PM at the U of M. The bus leaves at 5:10 from JT. Meet our Varsity boys today between per 1 and 2 on the second floor to meet the players, wish them well, receive a permission form for the bus on Friday and to start getting ready for the big game.
Attention any grade 12s who missed out on ordering Grad clothing in the fall - we have another opportunity to submit orders for Grad hoodies or sweats. Please see Ms. Gosselin for an order form and instructions for payment. All orders and money will need to be in by Tues. March 22nd.
A couple of important announcements for grade 12 grads. Retakes are taking place for grad photos on March 24. Please see the office to make your appt. Also it’s time to pay for your cap and gown - please pay for these online through School Cash.
All Junior Varsity Basketball players are to return their uniforms to Mr. Vermette this week.
The Art Room will be open today at lunch only to students who need to catch up on their art work. Please bring your lunch.
Peer mentoring group is raffling off 2 Jets tickets for April 3rd’s game. The tickets are 1 for $2 or 3 for $5. Raffle tickets are available @ lunch until the draw on Wednesday March 16 at lunchtime.
The Cafeteria lunch special today is hot wings or honey garlic wings with fries, soup, or salad for $5.75.
